Serene Meadows was founded by Barbara Badgley in 1996 in Davenport, Washington and has been family ran ever since. Serene Meadows currently has two locations in operation that are located directly adjacent from each other.
What is an Adult Family Home?
Adult Family Homes (AFH) are residential homes licensed by a state authority (DSHS in Washington State) to provide personal care for up to 6 individuals (commonly called “residents”).
